RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

15-Day Return Window | Eligibility Conditions
If you receive a product that you’re unhappy with or face any issues, you may request a return or exchange within 15 days from the date of delivery, provided the conditions
Below are met:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged
  • All original tags must be intact and attached (tampered tags will not be
    considered valid)
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging
  • Products failing to meet these conditions will not be accepted

SALE / OFFER PRODUCTS

  • Products purchased during sales or special offers are eligible for exchange only
  • Exchange value must be equal to or higher than the original product value
  • Refunds are not applicable on sale or discounted products
  • Sale-period returns/exchanges will be governed by the specific terms of that sale

RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS

Request. Confirm. Handover.

  1. Visit our Return / Exchange page on the website
  2. Enter your Order ID and registered email address or mobile number
  3. Submit your Request
  4. Our customer service executive will contact you to further process the return
  5. Pack the product as originally received and hand it over to our logistics
    partner

A return shipping label will be provided for eligible returns/exchanges (India only).

Important Notes:

  • Only one product per tracking number is allowed
  • You are eligible for a one-time size or style exchange within the 15-day period
  • Eligible returns/exchanges are free of cost

SHIPPING POLICY

  • We currently ship across India
  • Orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 working hours
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier partner
  • Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS/email

REFUNDS

  • For all approved returns, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
  • Refunds can be issued to:
  • original payment method, or
  • Exchange for another available product/size (as per your preference)

Please note:

  • Refunds are processed based on the actual amount paid at checkout (post-
    discount)
  • Complimentary items, promotional freebies, or packaging are non-refundable
  • Discounts or order-level offers availed during purchase will not be reinstated in case of returns

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them
  • Post 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible if the order is already processed
  • In such cases, you may initiate a return after delivery

Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed within 7–10 working days.

DAMAGED / MISSING TAGS / WRONG PRODUCT

  • Please report any of the following within 48 hours of delivery:
  • Missing tags
  • Damaged product
  • Incorrect item received

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in the product being deemed
accepted.

  • We strongly recommend recording a clear unboxing video for verification.
  • Do not accept visibly tampered packages.

For sale items received in damaged condition:

  • Exchange will be offered first
  • If replacement is unavailable, refund will be processed only in such cases

NON-DELIVERY & DELIVERY ISSUES

Claims related to non-receipt or delivery issues must be reported within 3 calendar days from the scheduled delivery date

  • Delayed reporting will be considered acceptance of delivery
  • Open-box delivery is not available for COD orders
  • Delivery personnel are not authorized to assist with unboxing or inspection
